Membership
Membership in the group shall be granted upon approval of a majority of the members to organizations that agree to the organization's mission and which have paid the prescribed fees.
Membership Fees
The majority of the members shall determine membership fees at any meeting of the group. Membership fees will be invoiced on January 1st and are due on receipt. New members that sign up after June 1, shall not be responsible for fees till the following year.

Honorary Membership
Shall be deemed so at the discretion of the executive committee.
Meetings
Meetings shall be held at such time, place, and frequency as may be determined by the group officers to conduct the business of the group

Membership Fees

The membership fee is currently $350 per year.
Meetings are normally scheduled on a Thursday in the latter half of February, June, and September, and early December.
Meetings run from 08:30 to 12:00 and include an networking break. Meeting locations are rotated between member or selected venues in the Greater Hamilton Region.
