Acquired in 20202 from Enbridge, the former Line 10 pipeline transports oil from Enbridge Pipeline’s terminal in Hamilton (Westover), Ontario to the United Refining Company’s 78-mile long Kiantone Pipeline in West Seneca, New York to supply the approximately 70,000 barrel per day refinery in Warren, Pennsylvania.
